Fascination locations and a broad range of events – from exclusive presentation to family shows –  in a unique environment provide entertainment and attract both locals and visitors to the many palaces, parks and former feudal manors of Börde. The Magdeburg area’s most major musical event is the Summer Music Academy at Hundisburg Palace. An excellent programme of events includes chamber music, symphonies, jazz and modern music provided by an orchestra with international musicians and famous guest performers. Hundisburg is also host to literary events, Sunday matinees, an acrobatics festival and a baroque garden that is well worth a visit.
